Carol Johnson has built a reputation since 1982 as a leader in the medical/surgical area at all levels of sales, marketing and management. She specializes in cardiology, cardiovascular and operating room arenas and couples her thorough knowledge with a keen ability to recognize and recruit the industry's top talent. Carol loves to work with start-ups as well as Fortune 500 companies.
Carol is highly respected by peers and competitors alike. She has been awarded Account Executive of the Year for five consecutive years, recognized among the top ten account representatives in the Pacific region, earned a membership into the Sales Consultants Hall of Fame, and is a member of the Executive Club, Salesmaster Club, Super Star Club, Director's Club, President's Club, and Chairman's Club. Carol is also the first woman in the history of Management Recruiters International to represent her region at the corporate level. After nine years of working at a Bay Area MRI Sales Consultants office, Carol and K.L. opened their own MRI office in 1990.

K. L. Johnson worked for ten years in the medical field before joining Sales Consultants Chico (www.medicaljobs.net) in 1990. He specializes in recruiting sales, marketing, and clinical people for the medical device and medical equipment industries. KL recognizes critical qualities in the candidates he recruits. Besides working contingency recruitment he has been successful in retainer projects for National expansions in the medical industry. Cora Collins
is a native of Hawaii who now joins our sales office as Office Manager. She brings 20 years of experience in the retail and office management arena.
